One of my favorites. I think of certain genealogists I know: Michael Shermer, Why People Believe Weird Things.

I wish I could convince some of my genealogy buddies about this simple fact: “If you are concerned about the accuracy of genealogical information posted online, you certainly will not improve the problem by hiding the truth!”
